Default NEED HELP!!!! cars idle is acting wierd..

ok i had just left the miami convention center with hardly any gas at all. so I went to fill my tank at the closest gas station i could find. filled it up went to start my car and it started than it just cut off. started it again and the same thing happend the rpms got really low and it cut off so i started it gave it gas and it was fine. but now everytime i start it it does the same thing. mt idle is way to low i know that much. im not throwing any codes and other than it stauling it runs fine.
is there a way to adjust the idle manually?
any help would be great thank you very much

Could be fuel filter or failing fuel pump (from running it dry).
