help jwt clutch-flywheel shift problem
ok i purchase an 03 touring with the famous 3rd gear grind and the dealer i bought it from tried to convince me that it was the way i was driving but after reading all these post submitting the same exact problem i knew i wasnt alone and persisted to get it replaced .... the dealer took 30 days to return me my car and since it was being replaced i replaced the clutch with the jwt combo .... here the issue all gears are really hard to engage cold i mean like two hands to shift gears!! but after the first engagment its back to normal up shifting then i have a hard time finding 5th gear because its really close to the 3rd (it wasnt in the same position before)and if i try to down shift to any gear except 2nd it wont go in unless i rev it up real high or put it in 2nd then it will go to 3rd i did my research i was thinking of maybe realigning the gears (something about a brass metal bracket with three nuts under the shift boot) if anyone had the same problem please help with further instructions because i dont have any idea how to fix it beside taking the lost because they are blaming it on my clutch and want money to buy a stock clutch and money to install it thank you

what you list could be a problem but also. there is an adjustment on the back side of the clutch pedal you can adjust out some so that it pushes more fluid to the slave cylinder. its hard to see so get a flash light and lay on your back you will need a 12mm wrench and pair of needles nose pliers. try that first. because im sure thats what the problem is. the jwt flywheel will eventually build pressure up and you will need to loosen this same adjustback a little after it does.
