Manifold mods (REV-up)....Disappointment
This just made me laugh. We dont drive our cars on dynos. If he couldnt beat a stock car with his modified car, then whatever power gains the dyno says are irrelevant, bc its still not any faster.
Of course, I agree, in order to quantify gains you need before/after dynos. But in the real world, if the you dont/see a difference on the road, its money not well spent.

Back in 06, I've raced my stock 350Z with stock tires and a stock open differential against Vortec supercharged Z's and G's... and I left them far behind.
Does that make the Vortec irrelevant or money not well spent?
Of course not.
I've smoked built twin turbo Z's and G's, Corvettes, Evo8s and Vipers in a nearly stock Z.
In the same Z, I barely kept pace with a Ford GT.
In the same Z, I got spanked by a stripped down NA Civic with 1/2 the power.
Does that make everything but a Civic irrelevant?
