you need to put some washers where the strut bar bolts go so it will lift the bar up for more clearance. I basically have the same set up as you.

So the cusco strut bar does not clear the 5/16 spacer? I installed a 5/16 spacer and was trying to find out whether the cusco clears it without spacers...

it does not clear the plenum unless you use those washers under the bolts of the strut bar. but it does fit if you do use them. just make sure you don't put too many washers or then the hood won't close.

Thanks man. i'm using the stock one with spacers, and was going to purchase the cusco one if it cleared without spacers, but i'll just stick with the stock one...

yeah i put it on without the spacer and didn't check after finished and it is touching, so my just polished plentum and new strut bar have some scratches on them.

The cusco bar is nice, if you want it just get it and use your spacers.

my cusco rubbed my hood after installing the regular spacers that were supplied with the plenum spacer. Actually had to change them and once i did that it rubbed my plenum so i said screw it and tossed the strut bar.
