TRansmission issue?
Hi all
Just got my MT 350Z Roadster (07) on Tuesday and absolutely love it
However, I experience some weird behaviour when doing (relatively) max acceleration (I know - probably shouldn't do it - but on the other hand needs to be tried out:-):
Through 1st and 2nd gear everything is fine, but it doesn't seem to want to engage 3rd gear - it feels as if it actually catches the gear, but is doesn't - it seems to stay in neutral (so RPMs going up) - and the clutch pedal starts to sink slowly - have to let RPMs drop to engage in any gear after that.
Any idea? Is it just technique or should I be aware of this (there is still warranty left, so I am not that worried) - but still...
There are absolutely no issues in regular driving.
