i think you need to learn how to read it! still says 3.36! where does it say that the manual is 3.54? it doesnt because it is 3.36! look at the others that offer auto tranny. they also say 3.54! the touring model whether its auto or stick is 3.36

 

No, look closer. It gives the final drive ratio for the transmission that comes standard with that trim level (aka it doesn't list the final drive ratios for both available transmissions, only the one that comes "standard"). In this case the standard transmission for a touring is the 5at (touring is the only one that this sheet states comes standard with a 5at) therefore it lists the final drive ratio for a 5at. All of the others come standard with a 6mt and some have the 5at as an option, but it still lists the ratio as 3.54 because the standard transmission on those trim levels is a 6mt even though the available 5at comes with a 3.36.

Whether or not you comprehend or want to listen to what I have stated, it is widely known that all 6mt equipped cars come with a 3.5 diff and the 5at equipped cars come with a 3.3 diff.

why are you getting so mad? because you relized you are wrong? you find somewhere it says that the touring 6 spd model is 3.5 and show me! you wont find it because its 3.3. the touring model is set up more for touring purposes hense the reason they named it touring edition! oh and ps - the final drive gears arent in your trans dummy! they are in the rear end and have nothing to do with whether the car is auto or not!

still have not seen any proof that the touring is not 3.3. i read a few pages around 14 and didnt see anything that said the 6mt touring model is 3.5. not to mention that is not the american version that came to the states. that is written in hebrew and that has the z rated at 294hp which in america the z never came in a model with 294hp. i like how hard you are trying find an answer to try to make u look right. its just not working lol. noone can post anything that says the touring 6mt is 3.5 because it isnt! dont u get it? it would be alot easier to find if it was! its 3.3! get over it!
