Default Sloppy/Droopy clutch pedal?

Hey I was wondering about an issue with my 2006 oem clutch pedal. I have 23000 miles on the car, and within the last 5000 miles its starting to feel pretty sloppy, uneven throughout the throw. For example, the first maybe 1/3 before the engagement point the clutch can be moved basically by just tapping it and it almost feels "sticky" and will pop back out. Then after that it become heavier deeper down in the throw. After shifting it will always sort of "pop" back at the tail end of the throw. It occasionally sticks halfway on hard launches, but its not the issue im referring to. Is it possibly a worn clutch pedal return spring? Thanks

Default Clutch pedal droop

Its time to change the clutch fluid. Likely changing the clutch line to a SS will help as well to resolve the droop.

It's a common issue on Z,s.

i got the same problem fixed under warranty at my dealership. ask them to replace the slave/master clutch cylinder and that should do it.

hmm...i'm just wondering is it really the slave/master clutch cylinder? because the pedal does return it just hesitates at the very end of the throw.

well, based on the description in your first post, the problem sounds like what i went through.. does the problem occur all the time? or is it only after the car has been driven for a while?

so was this problem ever solved? cause this is happening to me as well. exactly as the first post describes. but this only happends when i clutch constantly. but after parking the car for a while it returns back to normal. its just annoying and sometimes scary if you are sitting in traffic and it feels like the clutch is feeling loose. i thought it was just me and not the car.. until i found your posts....
