Default Axle stub 38220-AR011. WHERE CAN I GET IT!

Ok, so I just got my diff installed...OS super lock. I'm stoked. Wait, there's a problem. OS states the axle stub I need is 38220-AR011. According to Nissan, 38220-AR011 is not a valid part number. WTF? I ended up getting 38220-AR000...wrong part. It does not fit. It is designed to be used with an internal cir-clip and the splined side has a taper end and is too long. Nissan says the short side of the VLSD (the one I have) is the same part number as both L/R on the base model open end diff. This is not so.

Here's a pic of the short side stub from my VLSD. The cir-clip is on the splines. The spline end is cut straight. I need one of these.

Here's a pic of both L/R stubs from my VLSD. The longer one is very similar to the 38220-AR000 (just longer). It accepts an internal cir-clip. Sorry, I returned the 38220-AR000 and don't have a pic of it.

Where can I get the 38220-AR011? It has to be straight cut on the spline side with the cir-clip on the splines.

Thanks!

I went through this! I bought the kit from Z1 and they said I only needed the one flange. So ok I read around the forum. Wasnt 100%. Got the car all ready to go with the new KAAZ diff and 3.9fd, nismo diff cover, spl bushings. Go to put the flanges in and they were too long and they werent secure. One was missing the c clip. I got one from the local dealer, but my car was on the hoist for WAY too long.
The base open diff has equal length shafts. Most diffs require a staggered length pair of shafts(flanges). They both have c clips. Some diffs will also fit the open diff equal length shafts.

Looks like 38220 is on both base & VLSD.
Only on the 05 and older cars. Some of the 05 have the newer stubs that need to be modded to work and you can see in my install. JJust search this section for my mod thread about stub axles.
