Installation questions
I did my InsameAmine grounding kit in about 45 minutes.
I did my AEM intake in about 2 hours and it is a lot more involved than the Pop Charger so maybe you could do it in an hour or so.
My Borla was installed by a local muffler shop in about 90 minutes and it cost me about $90.00.

The hardest thing about installing the pop charger is marking and drilling the two holes in the existing air duct for the heat shield bracket.
You will get black and white instructions with the pop charger, but if you want to see some clearer color pictures, go here:

The bottom of the heat shield just clamps onto a ridge (you will see this in the color instructions), the bracket of the heat shield is screwed to the existing plastic air duct.
The air duct will not come out (for easy marking and drilling) without removing the front bumper which I really did not want to do. So I clamped the heat shield in place with the heat shield bracket on the INSIDE of the plastic air duct. I did this in order to mark the position of the holes to be drilled in the air duct. I then loosened the clamp holding the heat shield and removed the heat shield. Then I drilled the holes in the plastic air duct (from the inside out), reclamped the heat shield in place with the heat shield bracket on the OUTSIDE of the air duct and used the two short phillips head sheet metal screws (supplied) to fasten the air duct to the heat shield. You will need a short stubby phillips head screw driver to accomplish this.
You should be able to get the whole thing done in an hour or so......maybe less.

I removed my stock exhaust and installed the Borla with no major problems at all. The rubber hangers are pretty tough to get off the old system, but some lube helped out a lot . There was one tough nut on one of the cats, but that was it.......after that everything went smoothly.
I will drive it for a while then double check all the connections. During my test following installation, there were no leaks at all using clamps only.
I did notice that my tips are about 1/4 inch shifted to the left .....so i will adjust that tomorrow.
The infamous look alike cat pipes are hard to tell apart as everyone said. The flanges are marked in hand written ink as "A" and "B". "B" was the drivers side and "A" was the passenger side of the car. This may save you some trouble if you are going to do a Borla install soon.
