any one done a fuel return them selves?
I have and it's very easy once you have the rails. More info in my turbo build thread:

You may need to go back/forward two pages or so. This is the most difficult thing about it:

Other than that it's very simple. I used hard line for the crossover between the two fuel rails just behind the timing cover. Compression fittings are very cheap, and so are small tubing benders. The entire setup with an Aeromotive FPR, braided lines..ect cost me under $300 Canadian, so about $270US.
You will have to get the fuel correction kit from cj-motorsports.com. It is about $70, this goes inside the fuel pump basket.
If you have a decent place to work (garage) and are capable with tools in your hand, don't waste your money on a fuel return kit. You will save a crap load of $$$.
I see that you are new, you will find that the vendors on this site (with the exception of HAL @ injectedperformance) will not try to help unless there is a chance that you may buy something from them. Most people here (not all) are happy with just dropping the car off at a shop and picking it up in a month. Ofcourse there is the $10,000 bill, but that to some is ok. I am refering to turbo kit installs/tuning.
PS. If you are using your stock rails, make sure you take it to a good welder. If he/she pulls the stick or mig out, run. The only way you will get them done properly is with a tig welder. I did my own, so I know.
Good luck.
