JGTC using this VQ30DETT set-up. i thought it was the VQ35TT they use my bad

 

Np.. Actually I read somewhere that some of the Skyline with RB26DETT have switch to the VQ30DETT because of a couple of things. a) Bigger displacement, b) more torque, c) Nissan no longer making the RB26DETT. As rumored the R35 Skyline to have a VQ30DETT. I wish I have the article so I can post it up but for the life of me can't find it. Will keep an eye out for it and if I by chance see it again will post the link.

 

Yeah, I'm confused too, what car came with a VQ30DETT?

 

None for production for street cars..... as of yet. Keep your fingers crossed for the TT R35

 

Thanks, I knew the VG30DETT was in the 300ZX's, but I wasn't sure about the VQ. Very nice 240, by the way.
