Default Clutch is rubbing something when car is cold

So for 2 mornings in a row, I go start the car and I immediately feel a vibration on the stick when the clutch pedal is pushed in. It also sounded like a metal/metal rub was occuring. It would go away when I released the pedal and had it in nuetral. Clearly something is either not engaging all the way or releasing. 1 of the 2.

I drove for a little bit like a 1/4 mi and it went away. Hasnt done it since. So its like it went away after the car was warmed up. 2 days its done this now.

Oh ya....ACT clutch/Flywheel new 15k miles ago. I've been nice to it too.

Any ideas?

I have no clue
My clutch started to do it as well
It seems only to happen when its cold due to the higher rpms ur car has at start up

Then I only here it again when my car idles back at that same higher rpm

I got scared....I thought something broke and the xlutch would have soon burnt up

No loss in performance or any signs of burning the clutch

If u find out anything let me know

well...it seems to have gone away on its own, which is nice. I'm thinkin that maybe there was a rough spot on the clutch that stuck out a little bit creating the vibration, then it wore off and now everythings back to normal.

I have no idea though. However, I do like when cars fix themselves as it stopped doing it after two days with no signs of performance issues.

my car made the same noise as well when it was cold. then it went away, so i didn't worry about it. well, it came back....took it in and was told i have oil consumption issues with my 06 engine. they put in oil and the noise was gone. got my engine replaced and haven't heard the noise since.

they did tell me my clutch has about 3-4 months left on it (this all just happened a week ago). car has 40k miles on it now.

Car been sitting around a lot and I haven't been driving hard on it
It just started on day
Definitely not oil related it was happening before and after my last oil change

I heard those were normal! my car does that at winter, I heard it is coming from flywheel vibration.
