I hate this dipstick - Anyone else have problems with reading oil levels?

To make it easier to read, get a Sharpie permanent marker and make marks at the bottom and top markers. It'll make it easier to read when you pull it out. Do it on both sides of the stick too...

yeah dipstick on our Z is the worst, it's a pain in the @ss to get it in and out.

This dipstick has been described in earlier threads as the dipstick from hell. Have not seen an 07/08 dipstick but the one on the 370z is a thing of beauty.
Overnight checking is the best, I have had trouble after a 2 hour sit.

haha, too bad the post ticker keeps on ticking.
its not a problem, figured out going slow gives the needed reading. Its because the handle is all funk and keeps hitting the intake.
