Default Replacing '03 track transmission with '06 G35

Just as the title says. I have 2003 350z Track that has went bad. I was wondering if the knowledge of some of you guys around here could shed some light on this process. It is 6MT and I will be replacing it with 6MT as well from G35.

First, will this transmission be the exact same as the 350z? I know they have made revisions but besides that will it bolt up the same?

Second, will I need to change the clutch, flywheel, or anything else doing this install? If so what do you guys rec. for a daily driver that is pretty much stock besides intake, exhaust, and test pipes.

Third, Ive heard that 03-05 350z trans bolt up different than 06 up. Ive read that I need an '06 transmission bracket to bolt up the new trans. And that I may need change some braket to deal with the cluth, I am not very sure of this...

Lastly, what fluids would you rec. to use after the install is completed?

Thanks for all your help and info in advance

I didn't know the Track version came as an auto. If it was a stick i would be an easy swap, no idea's about the auto cars.

The 06 trans bolts up no issues. Very common mod, since the earlier generation transmissions were prone to grinding and other common problems.

For fluids, I would use Motul Gear 300 75-90 4 qts is enough. Your clutch and flywheel from the 2003, will work just fine on the 2006 transmission as well. But if your clutch is marginal, it would be a good to swap it out for something fresh.

07 and 08 350Z transmissions will not bolt up.
07 G35 Coupe Transmissions will.

FYI, we have two transmissions here in stock, if you need one.
