Default Billet throttle body, what size to make for my application?

I have a friend that makes billet engine parts for trucks and SUV's like the F250 and Hemi. If I had him make me a custom billet 350Z throttle body, what size bore should I ask him to make it?

Mod wise, I'm just going for bolt-ons at the most extreme, maybe a mild cam. No super/turbo, nitrous etc in my future.

This is a video of his type of Brother cnc machines cutting a piece of steel:

wow that machine is very tempting to own. So cool!!!!
as for the throttle body size, i have no clue man!! I am guessing like no more then 5mm-10mm wider than stock for sure! but than there is no point of wider throttle body if your manifold's opening is still stock size. Good luck man

Sounds like I should keep the TB stock...

What kind of billet project would you recommend? He has access to that cool machine, I can't let that hookup go to waste

If you are serious and the adaptor brackets can actually work, then he will do it. He has one of these too to make the measurements, they cost about $50k to $80k depending on options:

Brake caliper brackets for the 370z setup.

You'd probly need quite a bit more work to your engine before your TB becomes a limiting factor.
