New tranny from dealership is not CD009??

New tranny from dealership is not CD009??

aren't all the newer tranny suppose to be stamped CD009 on the side of the tranny. I got CD something + I think. I know it's not CD009 though. Is there a newer tranny replacement now? thanks

What year is your Z? 2003-2006 have CD0009 transmission as the latest revision. I believe 2007-2008 Z's have a different transmission.

Sounds like an 07-08 trans.

I have a 2004 350z and NO I don't have a cd009 as the dealership replacement. So i'm wondering what are the numbers for the 07-08?
I jacked the car up and quickly and noticed it wasn't the cd009 stamp and it was something else. Can't remember what the stamp was and the car is not with me right now.
