So heres the problem. When in (drive) my car will run decent to redline at partial throttle and will shift fine. When put into tiptronic mode the car wont shift and then ill have to put it into drive again after it throws CODE P0720 which is for vehicle speed sensor. At full throttle car throws same code over 5800rpm . Has anyone with auto tranny had this problem? If so replacing the VSS is the obvious choice I assume. Any help would be appreciated

 

if your having a VSS problem the tranny wont operate properly. IF the code keeps coming up fix the problem?

Pop off the shifter cover and make sure that the green VSS wire is properly connected.
