High performance fuel pump?

Is anyone using a high performance fuel pump in place of the factory pump? If so, could you provide information such as brand, flow increase, and where you found it?

Before you go replacing the stock stuff, does anyone know the size of the stock injectors and stock pump flow rates?

I heard the stock injectors were like 280cc or something like that, maybe 290cc, I need to know the exact #'s myself.
