Default 12s for $2000

Would it be possible to break into the 12s using a 100shot nitrous, crawford plenum, dual exhaust ie borla, and some drag radials? If so, I'm suprised more people haven't broken into the 12s.

def. if the 100 shot is at the wheels. if it is at the motor then it will be borderline. if you skip the drag radials and use some ET Streets then def no matter where the shot is. ET Streets hook way better than drag radials. you can launch much higher.

That setup with an NX Direct Port Setup 100shot. NX rates the shot at the wheels. So you would be well into the 12's with drag radials and a little practice at the track. My guess would be upper to maybe mid 12's.

I may be wrong here, but didn't smithtown nissan run a best of 13.1 NA (no shot) with either DR's or slicks?

Sure probably but with more than just a plenum and catback, no?

Maybe if they used a high performance intake instead of the stock intake. I think it was stock because I saw no mention of an aftermarket one on the car. I would also think if they got the engine polished for more air then I would think 12 would be possible with everything its got.
