Default MD Plenum Spacer = SES light on.

Hey guys. I just installed a Basic Motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer and the SES light came on. I tried resetting it by using the instructions that came with it. Yet the light is still coming back on. Any advice? I'd appreciate it.

More likely you have a vacuum leak. Check all vacuum hoses It's real easy to pull one off accidentally.

Just trace whatever you just did and make sure everything is still connected. If your light keeps coming back, it's not fixed.

There is a small hose coneccted to a sensor on the back of the plenum. If the hose isn't plugged in it will throw a cel. And it takes time for that cel to go away.

Make sure everything is plugged back in.
