Default rough start

Lets start out with 08 350z 7000k. lately when I start the car after she has been sitting awhile she is REALLY rough and almost want to die! Like she starts up hits 2500k and drops to almost 0k rpm like. She sounds like she is choking!!!

Please help!!!!

Sorry if I put this in the wrong area or am posting something that as already been answered.

Well she always does it first thing in the morning which seems to be the worst time, If i take her to lunch she will do it gut not a badly as first thing in the morning. And then if I dont take her to lunch and she sitts all day she will do it pretty bad when leaving work. She doesn't seem to do it if she has only been sitting there for an hr or so.

Any suggestions guys?

Just throwing this out there the tps (throttle position sensor) will cause a rough start as well as maybe a loss of power due to not opening fully. Another thing I would check is the iac ( idle air control) this is a acuator and if its not doin its job you deff will experience rough idling.. good luck
