e break light comes on during hard shifting

e break light comes on during hard shifting

just started happining about 3 weeks ago its not doing anything just lighing up when ever i get on the car and shift hard anyone have a reason for this or have it happen to them?

I remember when I had stock suspension on my srt-4 the actual ebrake lever would raise up becuase of the rsx g-forces I was pulling at WOT.

Under hard shifts, the brake fluid sloshes to the back of the reservoir causing the level switch to trigger a low fluid warning, hence the Brake light comes on.

usually brake fluid gets low as the brake pads wear... check if the pads need replacing.

i see thanks guys. i never seemed to have that problem with my other car but it was an rx8 so naaaaaat much power to be pulling anything to the back lol even fluid
