Default Is This Normal?

That I feel Hot air after Ive been at high speeds? Like I will feel like hot air through my air conditioning holes.

If you have your temp setting on high (even with the HVAC off), the ducts will open up in an attempt to passively raise the temp to that level. Turn the temp setting down to the lowest point and the problem should be fixed. If it still blows hot air, then I dunno...still, I wouldn't be too concerned

I have noticed that on the Z more than any other car, even if the blower is off and the temp is on 60 (lowest) that the air coming from the ducts is still somewhat warmer then the ambient air. I think it's just how it is, never really cared much about it...

Same here, noticed that we really don't have a vent for outside air.
