Default is this normal idle oil pressure?

Could be, but it doesn't really matter. What's the pressure at 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm, etc?

At idle, it should be about 15psi which is hard to read on that gauge. At 2000 you ought to read about 45 psi, at 3000+ you ought to have around 90.

between 60 and 90psi

From the FSM for a warm engine...
Idle speed More than 14 psi
2,000 More than 43 psi

If lower than this add oil until full and re-test. If still lower check for internal leaks.

DO NOT use your oil psi gauge to check or determine your oil level. that is what your oil dipstick is for. try reading your owner's manual
