I believe it is a 3/4" hole saw it. It's the same size as the bushings we supply with the kit.

Ya the IP one is plug and play, no unbolting anything. All depends how much extra bracing u need. 1 or 2 arms...

Yes all the way through. They are the same diameter IIRC.

Very nice. I just purchased the injected performance brace. If it doesn't work with the gtspec rear tie I would like to see if these will work since they have twice the support.

Taking a look at the pics provided on the first page it doesn't look like the bolts on these will come into contact with the gtspec rear tie brace at all. Has anyone installed this with the rear tie brace and can comment?

I haven't heard any feedback from those with the GT spec brace but am eager to know the result!

I will install mine either monday or tuesday at the latest and post the results. I have had the car up on a rack looking things over and honestly I can't see how it would not bolt up. ( I have a GTspec lateral rear brace and a Nismo finned cover)

See if I was Sound Performance I'd be dropping a bunch of Nismo diff covers into a vertical mill and selling a package.

Nice product!

A package and better instructions for drilling would be a nice set to buy maybe even throw in solid mounts for the ultimate rear diff bracing package~!!!

Okay, I did it, (my mechanic buddy did most of the work). I have installed an SPL solid diff. bushings, SP differential brace, with a Nismo finned cover, and a GTspec rear lateral brace. Just like Ragu spaghetti sauce "it's all in there". There is at least 1/2 inch clearance from the diff brace bolts to the rear lateral brace bar.

The diameter of the bit should be the same as the sleeves included in the kit. They should be 3/4"
