Default Limp mode Fuel cut P0304 P0340 P0057 P0011 P0021

here is a little info on my car.

2003 touring model
6spd
stock.

a little history:

I've had 2 turbo kits on this car and a built engine, after i got rid off the turbonetics singe i bought an extra longblock and had it built. I made 400rwhp at 8psi with the HKS tt kit. I then took the built motor out and turbo kit out. I bought another running longblock and installed that with a new tranny. I am using the original harness and original ecu from my first stock engine everything else is completely stock.

the car starts and runs ok. I get fuel cut from 2500 rpms- 3k and sometimes from 4k rpms and up.

these are the codes im getting:

P0304- Cylinder 4 misfire
P0340- Cam Position sensor A bank 1 Malfunction
P0057- H02S 2/2 HeatHer low AKA 02 SENSOR HEATHER
P0011- Cam position actuator A bank 1 timing over advanced AKA INTAKE VALVE TIMING CONTROL
P0021- Cam Position actuator A bank 2 timing over-advanced AKA INTAKE VALVE TIMING CONTROL

I've done most of the work on my car myself, so i am mechanically inclined...

Any input on how to fix these issues would be great!!!

I also switched with my buddy his passanger side cam sensor but the car still ran like crap, but when i installed his driver's side sensor the car wouldnt even start.. but his car is fine with his sensors.
