I'm sorry if I cannot provide any useful information, but I also suggest future posters in here to help the TS.

I'm guessing electronics...

Can you clarify a little more...
1) The engine cuts out at 4200 rpm, like a rev limiter at rpm redline the motor stalls.

or

2) When taking measurements on the dynomometer the response at 4200 rpm is less than optimal? What response have you measured and what kind of dyno was used?

The dyno was right on where it should be. this problem also started well before i did the accessport on the dyno.
she won't throw a code for my trusted mechanic or sadly the dealership.
We hope that it might be the electronic throttle body,98%

I have even resorted to warming her up for 15 minutes before driving, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

That thought is ridiculous, I live in Vegas!!! Can you think of something I'm missing?
BTW thanks for taking me seriously....very much appreciated, your a real gentlemen....not an egotistical jackass!!!

Ditch the mechanic and take it to a technician.. techs know how to diagnose unlike mechs.. sounds like it can be a number of things.. limphome mode, drive by wire malfunction, maf,
