i guess....

"First shipment of kits sold. Next delivery will be January/February of '04. Taking pre-orders now."

Seems like a "next year" kinda thing... i do think that this should make greddy hurry a little also

I hope so..........I'll be Sema next week to check out the Greddy, PE, etc. Should be fun.

That's an awesome Z. Is that a custom installation? What kind of numbers have you dyno'd?

probably trying to give themselves instant credibility by claiming to have already sold a few of these kids to make customers more apt to pre-order. Still i would be wary of it

I highly doubt they would make that up. I can always go down there and ask them directly who bought it. Prior to the above statement showing up, Intense had said they received one turbo kit.

They are just a shady dealer trying to get customers. Cheston hasn't even received his kit back yet to final fit.

And you know they're shady how? Intense Power were one of the first companies to get several of the Veilside V3, GReddy, and Ings kits, they recently got the Tommykaira kits, and they are a perennial turbo building company in AZ. Cheston's own turbo kit is questionable by his own admission, and perhaps Intense Power has a connection in Japan (which is entirely plausible, the owner's gf lives in Japan) that helped them get the turbo kit.

Anyway, I'll go down there tomorrow and find out for sure.

Well if you read about them on this board, you won't find much good feedback about them.

Cheston's kit is the PE kit for the USA - Cheston's car has been PE's R&D car here in the US. Cheston's kit is now back in the US I am told, and will be fitted back to his car this week and next. I have not been told about any production dates as of yet, and as I ahve said before, it could be a long while before people can readily order these things. PE is a relatively small company in Japan, and I know from experience that the wait can sometimes be extremely long

Have you guys been following this thread?

https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....584#post503584

Cheston is still unsure as to whether he is getting a turbo for his car.

And Intense has stated that there were three kits that came to the US; two for show purposes and one they received. All I know is that when I dealt with them, I've never had problem. Then again, I am local so I don't have to deal with any type of shipping issues.

Like I said, after my schooling I will definitely go down there and find out first hand.
