got everything ready to go back in. when i pulled the tranny a hose with a bracket feel out...it looks like it fits perfect onto a male piece coming out of the top of the tranny and the bracket lines up perfect with on of the top bolts on the tranny, only thing is I do not see any other hose for it to connect to

 

if it's the one I think you are talkign about......it doesn't connect to anything; it is a vent line.
