According to:

the washer for the differential drain plug is 38351B
According to:

the one for the engine drain plug is 11128A.
So, they don't appear to be the same.

I always replace my diff washers because they are so cheap, but they can be re used. They are MUCH larger than the engine and auto transmission washers, and aren't traditional crush type. Silver in color as opposed to copper as well. I learned this the hard way after the dealer assured me all the washers were the same on the car and i took their word for it. never again...
thanks for the help guys. My local dealer had only one so i'll just re-use the other. Its rediculous how dealerships raise their prices on parts. I called two dealerships one is asking for $12 each i asked if its made out of gold i was shocked and the other $2.00 big difference there.
