Default Major clutch problem...so confused!

I have a 2005 Enthusiast with 87k miles on it.

Ok I searched for days before I decided to post this. My brother changed my clutch to an ACT street clutch and pressure plate. Now the pedal stick half way down and will NOT disengage when pushed to the floor. The slave doesnt come all the way out.

We changed the slave, nothing.
Changed the master and bled it for two hours, nothing.
Adjusted the pedal, nothing.

He looking in the inspection cover and everything is moving fine. The fork moves the pressure plate but just not enough to disengage.

Please help I do not know what else to do and I will only bring it to Nissan if it is the absolute last thing I have to do.

Did you push the throwout bearing into the piece the fork connects to... you need a vise or something to squeeze it together.... you did remember the Throwout bearing right?

^^ someone forgot the throw-out bearing...or left something laying inside the clutch?

sounds like somethings loose in there and blocking the full travel

Throw out bearing is on fine and there is nothing inside blocking anything.

LOL the day i see that someone doesn't install a throwout bearing will be the day i die of laughter. on a serious note....what exactly did he do? check to see if the pivotball is completely connected to the clutch arm. Make sure your bleeding it correctly. It's not the wrong pivotball because if it was then your clutch would stick to the floor no matter how much you bleed it (if you went from having a long pivotball to a short one). there are a few things you can check. PM me or go through my posts and your answer will be there.

it helps to reverse bleed the pump. take the cap off under the hood. then get a nice little hand pump. i used a turkey injector with vaccum hose. pump fluid into the slave a few times. tighten the bleeder and then pump a few times and bleed as normal. then pump fluid back into the slave. do this till it tightens up. not the kind of t
