Default Strange Idle Squeal

I have a weird squeal coming from either a pulley or my power steering.. I suspected my power steering was the culprit but when I move my wheel in idle, the sound doesn't change at all.. I listened closer and I'm pretty sure it's coming from the power steering and not a pulley bearing.. Anyone know anything?

^^ That would have been my guess. Some type of bearings in a movable part/pulley...

I decided to put LED's in my parking lights in my headlights.. I looked down while doing this and saw that my small serpentine belt was basically ripped in half.. It had been rubbing on something somehow and it was still the original belt.. I went to Autozone, picked up two new belts, replaced the belts, and not expecting it, the noise disappeared.. So it must have been the belt... Problem solved!
