Default Release or throw out bearing question

All,

Had the clutch replace about 5K ago with no problem. However recently when i have come to a stop and depress the clutch I get the "marbles in a can" sound. Sound is similar to one you would get if you swirled marbles in a circle in a coffee can......but is very sporatic.

question:

Is this a bad bearing?

Can it be lubricated?

Can it be replaced without pulling the drive train?

Thanks.
