Default Tomei diff noise.....not normal

Ok i wanna get this right for everyone, i just had a tomei trax 2way installed about 1500 miles ago it was supper quite for about the first 200 miles, now i'm hearing noises like its locking up around the slightest turns or curves in the road and it sounds like the driveshaft is taking the brunt of it, when i changed the fluid the magnet in the diff was covered in what looked like clutch pack material, is this normal for the diff to break in like that? Could it be that the person who installed that didnt line up the teeth marks the proper way and the diff is wearing due to install? I read that the tomei diff has different break away torque option if this is true i feel mine might need to be adjusted so it takes more torque to lock it up, can someone explain how this is done if its possable?

On my cusco 2way the tire slips on the tomei one the tires dont skip it almost sounds like the driveshaft is skipping is this normal? (hard to explain please take with grain of salt as i dont really know how to explain this)

if this is normal i dont see how people say this is a quite diff( or i'd hate to hear a loud one)

Who installed it? Maybe they set the backlash wrong. I'm not far away. Maybe you could stop by and I could check it out. I also have a Tomei, so I know what it should sound like.
