Default benefits of the nismo thermo?

hi everyone.. has anyone installed the nismo thermo in their NA 350z or g35? if so any benefits of having it installed and any differences from the install? thanks.

might wanna search a bit more next time. Google got me this... the Nismo thermostat opens sooner than the OEM one...

Nevermind... I thought you meant the rad cap and then looked at your link. No idea why it would be beneficial.

nothing for the most part. your car will always get to the same operating temperature. the nismo thermostat only delays the inevitable. its a waste of time and money. your better off getting a bigger radiator, oil cooler or both

If you don't track your car, then it's useless. It opens up a lot earlier than the stock one, so your car will take longer to warm up, which is a bad thing.

oh ok thanks for the great input guys.. i'm just looking to see what's the best way to cool the hot VQ engines.. it feels after long drives sometimes.. the engine feels like it's lost its power.. maybe engine is heat soaked?
