Guys,
Whats the normal operating temp on your water temp gauge? Right now its between 190-210 degrees during normal driving conditions..

 

This should probably be a F.I question sense your TT and not NA. Honestly sense your TT, i couldnt tell you what normal operating temp. would be at.

 

stock thermostat is probably right around 195.

Generally speaking, on any engine, 190-210 is considered the normal operation range. Anything higher than 230 is too hot, anything lower than 170 isn't fully warmed up.

Sounds like you're right where you should be.
