some cars benefit greatly from grounding kits - some cars don't. On Z's, the best I have found was improved throttle response. It's not something I'd consider a must have unless the factory ground wires on your car are compromised

Most of the people in this thread know nothing about the importance of grounds in a car eletrical system. Try taking OFF all the factory engine ground, and see how your car responds, Than come back and tell me grounding does not do anything.

While we're at it, my car doesn't run at all if I don't have a key. Having two sets of keys clearly makes a car run better then having no keys at all.
