Exclamation Quaife stub shaft question

In going from a Carbonetic LSD with 3.5 gear to a Quaife with 3.3 gear in my 5AT (that came with stock VLSD), I think I will need a new passenger side stub axle as the Carbonetic required a longer stub from a 6MT. Quaife doesn't know for sure.

Can anyone confirm - and if so, the part # to order for the new part (5AT passenger side stub)?

Thanks in advance. It's really hard figuring out all the right pieces to make this work... (appreciating all the work Forged Performance did behind the scenes, really wish I lived near atlanta!)

Dang Raj. Your car is a never ending project! Great inspiration for guys like me. I got one more round with Forged, which includes the Quaife LSD, then I hope I'm done! I wish I had an answer for you. Keep it up.

you should be ordering the quaife for your auto and using the original output shafts your car came with

Thanks Z1 for the reply. You guys really seem to know drivetrain and suspension. Wish I had Z/G experts close by. I got a lot of my stock parts back but not all of them . Looks like to switch to a Quaife, I will need to buy the LSD, the passenger side stub, the 3.3 ring and pinion, and the full rebuild kit (cause I don't know what's causing the whine).

Oh well, it's just money, I guess.
