Default New Clutch Kit Installation

Hi guys,

I am going to change my OEM clutch to NISMO clutch kit. I send my car to the workshop just now and the mechanic told me it's an easy task for them. Just they worried that after disconnected the wires from the transmission will make the "setting" gone. I think they are referring to ECU setting?

Therefore, they asked me to do a research on this issue first before they get the work started. Oh yah, I almost forgot to mention that I am from Malaysia, where the place with less professional mechanic.

Thanks everyone.

disconnect the battery first, just as general practice.

removing all the sensors from the tranny wont do anything at all. just dont damage or break them of course.

also, note that the flywheel "if your swapping that" also only goes on a certain way. ensure you match the dot that is between the T55 torx bit holes to the dot on the aftermarket flywheel...

if not installing an aftermarket fly, then ignore that
