Default HELP!! Noise from engine bay!

Hey I have an 03 350z touring with 58k and is making a winding noise (roughly) around 3800-4500 rpm in every gear. It has been going on for about 6 months. I have replaced the belts nothing, I have took apart the idol pulleys and re-greased them, I have taken off the throttle body and cleaned it out. I have a pop charger but I put put the stock intake back on and the noise is still there. I am not sure what else to do. Here is a Quick video, you can't hear it very well but if you listen carefully you will slightly hear it around 4k. It is louder when I am actually driving. Any help would be great! Also yes i have searched and I was unable to find something that fit my situation.

I cannot hear anything amiss, but I'd sure do something about that red seat belt light flashing on your dash.

I need to get a better sound clip of it but it is actually pretty loud. It also will not happen if i am not in gear. It sounds like a dry bearing spinning. Also the seatbelt light is a sensor on my passenger seat.

What's wrong with your car?? Whenever my rpms get close to 3000, I'm either accelerating like hell, or going 80+mph. You're just toodling down a busy street in traffic at 35-40mph running 4000?!! Maybe it's the DDSS alarm going off.

I was running that speed at that rpm to try and record the sound that I've stated above. The street that I was on was not busy nor had traffic. That street is actually 6 lanes and is a 45mph road. I don't know what ddss is...
