Default Clutch install

just had a gripforce clutch and lightweight flywheel installed on my 04.5 z with 63k mi it engages only a few inches from the floor now and the clutch pedal is soft and much easier to depress only been about 25mi i know there is a 500 mile break in period but i noticed the idle has changed when starting and when you disengage a gear while moving the rpm will spike down to like 250 rpm then go back to 600 rpm idle after a second. it also seems like its still breaking in because the power doesnt feel all there yet?
is this normal or do i need to take it back to the shop?

That sounds like it might not be disengaging all the way when you depress the pedal.
