VQ motor will not fire up, HELP!!!

i heard about that... i tried it but i didnt get any results..
idk man. the whole situation is a nightmare. it took me a week to decide what to do.
if you find whats wrong id like to know how much i could have saved.. lol

Luckily this is not my DD. Hence the mileage.
ESCAPE FROM LOCK MODE
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Turn ignition switch ON with registered key. (Do not start engine.) Wait 5 seconds.
3. Return the key to OFF position. Wait 5 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 twice (total of three cycles).
5. Start the engine.
Does engine start? NO
My former 2003 LS track DD needed all 3 sensors recently.
Now my 03 auto coupe is throwing P0345 code just when I am ready to sell it.

immobilizer is built into the ecu... that wont help man... youll find threads where people talk about aftermarket alarm systems... FAIL.. i have a viper alarm system.... when i bought it i asked for the creme de la creme...
i dont know what these $20-30 bypass modules do i almost got one with my bull dog push button starter. but i belive in getting what i pay for.
if something is a pain in the *** i get rid of it... ---> NATS
