Default Clutchmasters fx300 issue

2006 350z GT Installed new clutchmasters fx300 clutch kit and alum. flywheel, perfect fit. When clutch pedal is pressed slave cyl gets full stroke, release arm does not travel enough to disengage clutch completly. Master, slave, line all new & worked fine w/ oe clutch. New pressure fingers measured 3/16" shorter than stock. seems to need more stroke... Ideas?

could it be that the fingers measure 3/16 shorter than stock??Maybe it a lot more when added up, like that could make all the difference.

Yes I'm aware this is the difference. What I'd like to know, is there anyone out there who has encountered this same problem? If so what was done to correct it? Anyone heard of a shim or certain part available? Manufacturer claims there is not and should work as is. I've read a couple other threads, there were other types of vehicles with the problem, however no resolution posted.
