Default jwt clutch/flywheel install help

I am having a friend install the Jwt combo on my car, just wanted to make sure that I have/understand everything needed prior to getting installed. FYI, I drive a 06 350 touring

Need new throwout bearings (Stock ones correct? Or is there better?)
What Flywheel bolts? (Stock ones? Or is there better?)
Socket Driver= TORX Plus, 55 (Only 1 needed correct?)
I need a special clutch alignment tool correct? What is it? Where to buy?
Apply lithium based grease to release bearing and input shaft splines
Red Locktite on flywheel bolts and pressure plate

Am I missing anything? Basically I want to be able to bring my car in for install with every part needed and be able relay any information needed for a proper install.

any advice or info would be appreciated guys!

replace pilot bearing... and you will need a puller to get the old one out
