Default Bore diameter on clutch master cylinder?

Does anyone know what the bore diameter is on the stock 350z clutch master cylinder? And also do they make any aftermarket ones?

Check the service manual for your year. The info is in section CL under Service Data and Specifications.

The MC bore is 11/16" for the '07 with CSC , but it's probably different for the earlier cars.

I believe it is 11/16". I know that in the case of my LS motor, I would need at least a 7/8" if I was running the T56 transmission. Wilwood makes them but you would need an adapter plate which wouldn't be hard.

Wilwood makes them for the 350z? I spoke with Mcleod and they said the twin disc they make needs at least a 5/8th bore.

You need to keep in mind the relationship between master cylinder bore, stroke volume, and pedal force. A large MC bore will deliver more fluid to the slave, but it will take more leg effort to develop pressure. A small MC bore will develop pressure easily, but it might not deliver enough volume to fully disengage the clutch.

Not specific to the Z but close enough that someone like yourself should be able to make it work.

Ahh. Well Im thinking that a smaller bore might be better. With the modded GTO master the clutch disengages extremely high. The smaller bore would mean it would take more travel to fill the slave...since it doesnt take much.
