Clutch/Trans/FW questions
I'd replace the clutch disc, maybe the pressure plate (I think Nissan calls it the cover),the pivot ball, and the throw-out bearing with OEM components. The flywheel should be OK if the car hasn't been abused and you're not having any problems.
The Nissan service manual says to replace the disc and cover together, but I'd have a hard time ditching one that's working OK after just 32K miles.

You might want to verify that the transmission will actually fit. See:

since he said he is planning on replacing the clutch with an OEM one, then the pressure plate, disk and throw out bearing should be part of that
I've never seen the pivot ball go bad - others have, or said they have. So take it for what it's worth, perhaps ask your dealer if they have seen it be an issue
Flywheel - if the car drove fine before and had no odd vibrations, or chattering (uneven-ness) during takeoff from a dead stop, no reason to not reuse the stock flywheel - it's very expensive to buy new. Or, yes, you can use the ACT flywheels with the stock clutch as well if you want a lightweight version and are willing to deal with a bit of extra noise in the sub-2000 rpm range.

I would check the disk and pressure plate for their condition - you generally should replace both at the same time if any replacement is going to be made at all. A new disk with a weak/worn pressure plate won't do you much good, and vice versa. If they need to be replaced, or you just want peace of mind then yes, now's the time
