Default Help - Throw Out Bearing Question - Trans out of car

So I'm installing my new JWT clutch/Flywheel combo...
Transmission is out of the car...
I've pulled the old throw out bearing off the splines, and seperated it from the piece that is presed on.

I've pressed the new one on per the DIY article, worked great..

I give the bearing a spin, and it spins "oblong" as in it's not centered in the casing the bearing sits in... I can center it and get it close.. but...?

I try the old one, it does the same thing...
I can pull the bearing back and forth inside the casing...

I'll attatch a pic so it kinda makes sence....

Basically the bearing is inside a metal housing (doesnt come apart), and you can move it side to side about 3/64ths... (not quite an 1/8th)

I'm guessing it's OK like this, as the old one did the same thing???
I would think it might even center itself the first time it spins with the transmission/clutch assembly.

Please advise...

Future note to self - When removing the transmission from the Z... Raise the car up on the jackstands high enough to slide the transmission out from the car, on the tranny jack...

Some sideways movement is necessary as the fork moves in an arc centered on the pivot ball. I'd say the condition is normal.
