An appropriate title will yield you better results. What year is your car? I would check your clutch system (slave cylinder, adjustment, fluid, etc).

Why are you on here posting about this when you should be bringing it back to the shop that did the work?

I do have a suggestion. Have the shop pay for the tow truck costs.

No upgraded clutch whatsoever. Look at the most recent threads in this section and see 'transmission grinding". His symptoms are EXACT to mine

Grinding noise when upshifting... not when downshifting...
Not the noise you get wheb clutch isnt fully engaged and try to shift....no problem getting in gears...vibes can be felt in ****...noise doesnt occur when shifting slowly. Noise doesnt occur when keeping rpms under 3k....

Ive yet to see how much fluid is in tranny. Gona replace tomorrow. I think nissan drained tranny or somewhat drained and failed to even let me know when replacing motor.

I replaced my tranny fluid with a different type, i forgot exactly the weight but according to the mechanic, he said it would be fine. I replaced the tranny fluid when i changed the engine and clutch....

My concerns could be wrong tranny fluid, wrong brake fluid, or the clutch went bad.... Each one seems like a far stretch but they could be a possibility...

Did you change any of those when the engione was being fixed? Maybe we can narrow down the problem together...
