Default Problems after JWT combo install help

Ok so I had Nissan install the JWT combo when my motor was replaced and I love it, but fifth doesn't go in normal anymore, I have to be very precise when I put it in. And the biggest problem is that the gates between 1 - 2 are notchy and I cant shift into second at full throttle. Every other gear goes in fine. I never experienced these problems with my stock setup and I know my tranny fluid is good, iv'e heard of people having the same exact problems with the JWT combo. What could be causing this problem, and what actions should I take to fix them? Thanks for the help!

I also had my engine replaced because of the oil comsuption problem, and i also had the same problem you are having (fith gear not going in smoothly as before as is something is stopping it when you push all the way to the right then up). they said that when they replace the engine they also gotta play with the tranny a little bit. theres a plate right under your center console where the shifter is at they have to realign it. take it back they will fix it for you.

I believe it is the tranmission, as I had a similar problem in fifth and second but all that went away when I replaced my tranmission. However, the anomally

Under load it was impossible to engage 5th and 2nd gear.

I have the JWT 700BB and it is a beast.
