Default ATTN Jeff@Performance

Hi,

I emailed performance nissan last thursday but i havent gotten a reply, so I thought that it would be faster to post a message.

Anyways, I was planning to buy a 6spd 04 DB Touring but i changed my mind and am planning to buy an enthusiast model instead and use the price difference for mods.

My greatest concern with doing mods is that i want to keep the factory warranty (well, at least for a while =) ) I'm planning to buy the S-tune line (sway bar, shocks, exhaust, wheels) and i was wondering how much it would cost to get it installed. Also, does the CAI void the factory warranty? an how much does it cost to install.

Thanks for your time.

Also, I am planning to purchase the Z from your dealership (I live 30 mins away) And i was wondering on the price and delivery date for a 04 6 spd DB enthusiast with the running changes.

It's my understanding that if you have the dealer install the S-Tune components when you buy the car, the 3-36 warrenty covers everything. If you install the parts after you own the Z for a while the you can only expect a 12 month warrenty on that particular part (in my case, my Nismo exhaust) - - in my mind, I think the best bet is to have the dealer install the "works" and roll it all in on your loan.

Guess you aren't set up for PM's. To answer your questions, all the parts on your list are fine for retaining your factory warranty. If you have a mod friendly dealer like me.. you can do a whole bunch more and still keep your warranty intact. Prices you can pull off our web-site by clicking on the banner, but labor prices are as follows: S-tune and align $300, Sways $100, Exhaust $80, Wheels $80, CAI $80 for a total of $640.00. If you buy all the parts from me and install them at the same time so we don't have to repeat labor I can knock it down to $500.00 for the whole job. Let me know if I can be of anymore help, Jeff

Mr CaBBit and all forum readers

Jeff,Jason & Jenny@ Performance Nissan are more than great, I call them friends. I was so impressed with them the first time I met them 'I came home and wrote a lengthy post about them. Well, since then , I've ordered my new 04 Super Black Base from them and do all of my service on the Twisted CS 03 and most of my mod installs with them. Just the other day their cashier commented " I thought you worked here"because she sees me so much. I know you might say its just good business. Company time.....well Jeff and I also run in the came circles socially now. If there is an event in So Cal, you'll find Jeff or Myself but more often then not, together... weird same, radar I guess. Hope to meet some of you other guys and gals at Preformance Nissan in the coming days.

"Performance Nissan is the unofficial meeting place for Forum goers"
